Spanish: Summer Salad

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Coarsely tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper, red pepper; place in a bowl
  2. Make the dressing: in another small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad, toss well to coat
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour
  5. Serve chilled with bread
